Also commonly known as a month-of coordinator, a day-of coordinator ensures everything you worked so hard to achieve is executed seamlessly. From managing vendors and keeping the timeline on track, to ensuring tables are set and guests are greeted, a wedding coordinator is doing allllllllll the things for you behind the scenes on your wedding day.

Now contrary to popular belief, a “day-of” coordinator cannot simply show up the morning of your wedding and pull it off - should anyone tell you they can, please do me a favor and kindly give them a prompt “no thanks”. With the dozens of details in place, wedding coordinators strive to essentially live inside your head, so when it comes to setup + managing your wedding day, we’re thinking like you, making decisions like you, and fulfilling everything you’ve worked SO hard to plan.

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR DETAILS, VISION, PLANS, VENDORS, TIMELINE + OTHER THINGS

Gathering enough information to fully and truly understand everything you’ve worked so hard to plan begins roughly 8-12 weeks before your wedding. We’ll meet with you having already reviewed your vendor contracts + details, focusing on where you are in your planning journey, what goals are still to be accomplished, your wedding day timeline, and guidance for what the remaining weeks should include for you and your partner.

HELPING YOU FOCUS PRIORITIES IN THE FINAL WEEKS AND BRINGING IT ALL TOGETHER

 We are there by your side for your final venue meeting + walkthrough, going through the run-of-show covering everything from entree choices and table setup, to decor and guest experience. For your ceremony rehearsal, we’ll be there managing the flow of it, directing your wedding party, and talking through revisions or changes with you so everything is seamless the next day. We’ll even put together a customized timeline specific to your wedding party so they have no questions about where to be and when on your wedding day!

It’s show time! We are onsite for your wedding day up to 10 hours, covering everything from the moment you step into your gown or suit, to the last dance of the night. This ensures we are taking lead on schedule, vendor management, setup of your ceremony + reception, formalities, and more so you don’t have to - you can truly be present and enjoy the celebration alongside your families + friends.
