Day-of Coordination is a service designed for couples who seek a completely stress-free wedding day, where every detail is meticulously managed allowing them  and their loved ones to be present and fully immerse themselves in the celebrations. (Also known as “wedding management”.)

  • 01. Let’s Connect

    We offer 30-minute complimentary consultations where we’ll connect about your wedding day details and vision, answer questions about our services, and see if we are a good match.

  • 02. Kickoff the Party

    Once you’ve accepted our proposal, signed the contract, and submitted a deposit, we’ll get started right away by sending you a welcome guide, kickoff questionnaire, planning documents and schedule our very first meeting.

  • 03. Planning + Coordination

    Depending on your chosen services or package, we’ll outline all the details from tasks, timelines, vendors, design ideas, and more to ensure we are aligned in every moving part that needs to happen and when.

  • 04. Final Countdown

    We’ll be with you every step of the way in those precious final weeks, finalizing timelines and deliverables, joining you for vendor detail calls, and alleviating as much stress and extra to-do’s so you can breathe easy the week leading up to the wedding.

  • 05. Let’s Celebrate!

    It’s finally wedding day and we have everything we need to ensure a flawlessly executed celebration - allowing you to be present and fully immerse yourselves in the celebrations with your family & friends.

  • 06. Bittersweet Farewell

    After the celebrations and honeymoon, we’ll be in touch to ensure the final details are wrapped up, you have everything you need, and to watch you set off into this new chapter of your lives as newlyweds!

  •  A venue coordinator is a great asset—to the venue. A wedding coordinator works for you and will have your best interests, event vision, and budget in mind throughout the planning process.

  • Yes! I am presently the sole lead planner at SES Events, and while we do have day-of assistants, I will always be onsite for your event.

  • We never book more than one wedding per weekend, which ensures that we can be fully present with you both physically + mentally for your big day!

  • In addition to your lead planner, often at least one day-of assistant who will be present from setup to breakdown to assist. Based on certain guest counts + specific details, additional assistants may be required for an additional fee.

  • We love to share the amazing moments from your special day with the world and would be delighted to share your photos! Although most of our events do get featured, this is not something that is guaranteed. (And certainly please let us know up front if you do not wish to have your photos used in our marketing.)

  • Some of my clients book two years or more in advance, so it’s never too early to inquire. If you are looking for full planning + design services, we recommend booking no less than 12-15 months out; for day-of coordination, we recommend no less than 4-6 months out (although peak season dates book up early!).

  • As much as we adore destination weddings, we are staying in New England for the time being; however, we love to travel and may add this service in the future!

  • Absolutely! Let’s say you book us for day-of coordination but find you are struggling with collecting your RSVPs or putting your welcome bags together…let us know and as long as the additional service(s) won’t negatively impact existing clients and responsibilities, we are happy to help in any way we can.

  • While there are certain tasks that are not a standard part of our service (ie setting up tables + moving chairs), we are able to accommodate most requests by planning ahead for the proper time and staff for an additional fee.

  • We love talking with you to get to know you, understand the vision for your event, and discuss ways in which we can help make your event a smashing success. Our 30 minute initial phone consultations give us time to do just that, and for you to ask questions and decide if we’re a good fit!

  • After our complimentary consultation, we’ll draft a proposal or contract for you based on your desired services. A signed contract and a 50% deposit is required in order to get your wedding day on the calendar. One week prior to your wedding, the remainder of the balance is due.

  • We sure do! From photographers and venues to florists and caterers, we have worked with some of the best companies in the industry and would be happy to share their information with you!
